If you have specific concerns, please email info@arvinaviation.com giving as much information as possible about the missing item; Your name, email address and telephone number.
Missing item receipt number, Flight number, date of travel and baggage tag number.
Type of Item (suitcase, holdall) colour, size of item: small, medium, large, soft or hard suitcase, any other markings to help identification.
